Janice's Cookbook: Ground Beef Stuffed Green Bell Peppers With Cheese

材料:

薏米 20克

赤小豆 20克

水 1000毫升

做法:

  1. 薏米和赤小豆洗淨,提前浸泡3﹣4個小時,鍋內加1000毫升的水,加蓋以細火煮一小時。

  2. 煮好後將水裝進器具中,慢慢當茶水喝。
