綠豆薏米老黃瓜湯

材料﹕ 綠豆 20克 薏米 20克 老黃瓜 1個 豬骨 半斤 蜜棗 2粒 做法﹕

  • 老黃瓜留皮用水洗淨,開邊去籽,切成大件;

  • 綠豆及薏米用水浸透洗淨,蜜棗用水洗淨;

  • 豬骨出水;

  • 全部材料放入煲內,加水適量,猛火煲滾後改用慢火煲1.5小時;

  • 最後加鹽調味,即可飲用。
