Janice's Cookbook: 話梅雞翼

材料:

雞翼 8隻

話梅 7-8粒

冰糖 1小塊

生抽 2湯匙

生薑 4片

做法:

  1. 話梅先用一碗水浸著,雞翼洗乾淨後用薑片、生抽醃1小時

  2. 燒熱平底鑊,放入雞翼,兩面煎至金黃色

  3. 把話梅連浸話梅的水一起倒進鑊裡,放進冰糖,大火燒開轉中火,15分鐘收汁便成
