Janice's Cookbook: 白菜豬𦟌湯

材料:

小白菜 適量

紅蘿蔔 1條

豬𦟌 適量

蜜棗 2粒

鹽 少許

做法:

  1. 蜜棗、白菜洗淨,豬𦟌洗淨汆水

  2. 紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊

  3. 將所有材料加適量的水,文火煲約2小時

  4. 煲好的湯加鹽調味就行了
