蒜香蒸翠玉瓜

材料: 翠玉瓜 1條 蒜蓉 1湯匙 炸乾葱 1湯匙 做法:

  • 翠玉瓜洗淨表皮,切成丁角,置於碟內,待用。

  • 灑下適量的蒜蓉及炸乾葱於翠玉瓜面,再淋上少許生油。

  • 猛火隔水蒸8-10分鐘,淋上蒸魚豉油調味。
