小炒雜菌

材料: 雜菌 红辣椒 1隻,切成小段 調味: 蠔油 1茶匙 生抽 1茶匙 酒 1茶匙

做法:

  1. 炒锅放油,將切成小段的雜菌放入油内,將水份煸乾

  2. 將蠔油、生抽、酒及红辣椒放入翻炒片刻即成
