菜乾紅蘿蔔蠔豉湯
材料: 白菜亁 1棵 南北杏 1兩 紅蘿蔔 1個 無花果 4粒 蠔豉 6隻 豬骨 250克 做法: 1. 蠔豉浸洗,紅蘿蔔去皮切塊; 2. 菜乾浸洗; 3. 將全部材料放入煲內,加水適量,煮2小時即成。 #菜乾 #紅蘿蔔 #蠔豉 #無花果
