材料: 雞脾肉 2塊 檸檬 半個(切片) 薑 5片(連皮) 調味: 老抽 2湯匙 生抽 2湯匙 蠔油 2湯匙 片糖 半塊 做法: 1. 用2湯匙油爆香薑片,下雞脾肉同爆炒。 2. 檸檬片及調味料同時放入鍋內,猛火燜至汁液濃稠即可。 #雞 #檸檬
