材料:(二人分量) 粟米 2條 去殼栗子 20粒 豬𦟌 250克 南北杏 一把 做法: 將豬𦟌洗淨飛水 粟米去鬚洗淨,切塊 栗子泡熱水去衣 煮沸水,放入所有材料,用大火煲滾,再轉小火煲 2 小時,下鹽調味即可 #粟米 #栗子
