蘋果花旗參湯

材 料:

蘋果 2個 花旗參 8克 豬𦟌 250克 蜜棗 2粒

做法:

  1. 豬𦟌先出水,蘋果連皮去心切件

  2. 所有材料放進清水內煲 2 小時,最後加鹽調味
