Honey-and-Mint-Glazed Chicken

Ingredients: 25ml white vinegar 25ml olive oil 50ml honey 1 pound chicken wings 2 tbsp water 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste Preparation:
Marinate chicken wings with vinegar and olive oil for 30-60 minutes.
Mix honey, mint, and water. Set aside for glazing the chicken.
Prepare grill for medium high heat.
Remove chicken wings from marinade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place chicken wings on the hot grill. Cook for 30-40 minutes, turning every 7 or 8 minutes.
For the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, baste all sides with the honey mint mixture. The chicken is done when the juices run clear (not pink) when a knife tip is inserted into it.
