Oven Baked BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients: salt and pepper 1/2 cup of your favorite bottled BBQ sauce 4 chicken wings, halved at the joint Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the salt, pepper and BBQ sauce. Add the chicken wings and toss around to make sure they’re fully covered in the marinade. If you have time, leave the wings to marinate for a couple of hrs in the fridge or ideally overnight.

  • Heat oven to 180C.

  • Remove wings and reserve the marinade, then spread the wings out on the baking tray. Bake until the wings are no longer pink in the centre, and crispy on the outside, about 30 minutes. Turn over the wings halfway through cooking and spoon with leftover marinade.

  • Once finished, immediately plate and serve.
